§ A550-9. Annexation — March 11, 2003.

    Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation dated January 13, 2003, the following described territory in the Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
    Part of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Village of Woodville, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 34; thence N 03º32'08" W along the East line of the NE-1/4 of said Section 34 132.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 03º32'57" W 602.37 feet; thence S 86º19'09" W 174.09 feet; thence S 03º39'08" E 526.35 feet; thence N 89º35'55" E 110.23 feet; thence S 03º39'08" E 66.11 feet; thence N 89º35'55" E 63.07 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 2.21 acres more or less and is subject to any easements or restrictions of record.
    B. 
    Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.
